The cover is made from high performance thermoplastic elastomer that stretches easily. The easy fitting means that is no need for strapping, pumps or hook and loop closures, or adhesive tape which may cause skin irritation. The pediatric leg cast cover is reusable and, will last the length of the cast. It folds away easily after use.

Using the Seal Tight cast cover over your child's leg cast will ensure that it stays dry while they are swimming or bathing. This prevents water damage to the cast and removes the necessity of having another cast fitted, which is expensive, inconvenient and possibly painful and, causes further unnecessary trauma to your child.

The pediatric sport leg cast cover has a length of 28 inches (71 cm) and fits maximum circumference of 15 inches (38cm).

Instructions for Use

Unfold the cast protector and stretch the opening over your child's foot cast while pulling up. The correct position is when the seal opening sits above the top of the cast. Insert your child's leg into the water while holding a portion of the seal away from your skin with one finger. This will allow any excess air to escape. Do not submerge the leg past the seal.

When the seal is around one inch from wate's surface, remove your finger so the seal fits snugly around your child's leg. It's that easy. When you have finished swimming, dry the protector and then stretch the seal over the cast and remove.
